Prologis CCP, a joint venture between the multinational Prologis and Cyrela Commercial Properties (CCP), plans to invest in new shed projects in the second half of 2017, reported Valor Econômico on 30 December 2016, citing the company's CEO, Hardy Milsch. According to Milsch, despite the unfavorable economy of 2016, the company delivered five sheds - four speculative sheds (without previous lease) and a "build to suit" project. Only one speculative shed is partially leased. The other three are vacant.

A Prologis CCP, joint venture entre a multinacional Prologis e a Cyrela Commercial Properties (CCP), tem planos de voltar a investir em novos projetos de galpões a partir do segundo semestre de 2017, com entrega no início de 2018, de acordo com publicação do Valor Econômico em 30 de dezembro de 2016, que cita o presidente da empresa, Hardy Milsch. Segundo Milsch, apesar do cenário desfavorável de 2016, a empresa manteve as obras iniciadas e entregou cinco galpões - quatro empreendimentos especulativos (sem locação prévia) e um projeto "build to suit", ou seja, construído sob medida. Dos quatro galpões especulativos, um está locado, parcialmente, e os outros três estão vagos. |
