La promotora inmobiliaria española Procisa, constructora de la urbanización de lujo La Finca, en Madrid, podría poner a la venta hasta un 30% de su accionariado para obtener recursos financieros, según ha informado El Confidencial el 3 de junio de 2015.

El proceso de búsqueda de inversores se le ha encargado a la consultora de activos española N+1, con el fin de buscarle potenciales inversores. Todo ello ha venido tras descartar la solicitud de salida a bolsa de Procisa.
