Prisa (BME: PRS) could be considering the sale of a majority stake in Grupo Santillana, as published by newspaper El Economista on 25 January 2016. Grupo Santillana is a publishing group in Spanish and Portuguese language. Prisa could sell its stake in Santillana, due to difficulties in fulfilling its initial idea, of going public, after the recent markets fall. (see related Intel).

El grupo Prisa (BME: PRS) estaría planteándose sacar a la venta la participación mayoritaria que posee en el capital social de Grupo Santillana, según ha reportado el diario El Economista el 25 de enero de 2016. Grupo Santillana es un grupo editorial responsable de publicaciones en castellano y portugués. Prisa podría enajenar su porcentaje en Santillana debido a las dificultades que encuentra para llevar a término su idea inicial, la salida del grupo editorial a bolsa, tras la caída que han sufrido los mercados en los últimos tiempos (ver Intel relacionado). |
