Council of Ministers approved a change within legal regime applicable to Finangeste, a company created in 1992 nationalizations in the banking sector, so it can be sold. The Government announced that Finangeste will adapt to Code of Commercial Companies' regulations, and revoke rule that qualifies it as financial company, and revokes its statutes.

O Conselho de Ministros aprovou a alteração do regime jurídico aplicável à Finangeste, empresa criada em 1992 no âmbito das nacionalizações no sector bancário, para que possa ser vendida. Em comunicado, o Governo anunciou que a Finangeste irá adaptar os respectivos estatutos ao Código das Sociedades Comerciais, sendo revogada a norma que qualifica a empresa como sociedade financeira, sendo também revogados os seus estatutos. |
