La firma de private equity Portobello Capital ha decidido poner a la venta a la empresa Angulas Aguinaga, propietaria de la marca La Gula del Norte. El importe podría rondar los EUR 300m. Portobello ha dado el mandado de venta a la entidad Óptima Corporate. La firma de private equity entró en el capital social de Angulas Aguinaga en 2006, a través del fondo Ibersuizas. Años más tarde, cinco socios de Ibersuizas crearon el actual Portobello Capital y se quedaron entonces con esta participada. |
