Platinum Equity, a US-based private equity firm, may have retained Rothschild, a France-based financial advisory firm, to advise on the sale of Terratest, a Spain-based construction company, reported Expansion on 27 September 2016, citing sources familiar wit the matter. According financial sources, Terratest could be worth approximately EUR 150 m. Platinum Equity aquired a controlling stake in Terratest in 2014, when the company filed for bankruptcy (see transaction related).
