Bolivia-based Plasmar appointed a new management team, according to a relevant fact published by Securities Commission SMV on 27 July 2015. The following executives were appointed at the meeting: Vicente Smith Amunátegui (President), Otto Rudolf Becker von Sothen (Vice-president) and Sergio Montero Ugarte (Secretary). At the meeting the following names were ratified: Sergio Montero Ugarte and Victor Manuel Astorga Quiroz (General Management Power; and General Power, Specific and Enough) and Gonzalo Julio Vargas Canedo, Anabela Crespo Camacho and Fernando Torrez Ramírez (also General Power, Specific and Enough).

La empresa boliviana Plasmar ha cambiado su directorio, según ha comunicado la propia compañía en un hecho relevante a la Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores el 27 de julio de 2015. En la reunión de directorio se ha designado a las siguientes personas: Vicente Smith Amunátegui (Presidente), Otto Rudolf Becker von Sothen (Vicepresidente) y a Sergio Montero Ugarte (Director Secretario). Además, en la misma reunión del directorio se han ratificado lo poderes de Sergio Montero Ugarte y Victor Manuel Astorga Quiroz (Poder General de Administración; y Poder General, Específico y Suficiente) y de Gonzalo Julio Vargas Canedo, Anabela Crespo Camacho y Fernando Torrez Ramírez (también Poder General, Específico y Suficiente). |
