Philpark, a Spanish fashion company, is looking for a partner, who would invest EUR 5m, to support company's expansion abroad, mainly in Panama, as reported by Moda.es on 15 May 2015. The objective is to finance company's production, which has 10 Establishments, franchises and owned stores. The opening of its first store in Panama will occur in the fall of 2015. Later on, the company will create a store network in the country jointly with its local partner, which will its first step towards expansion in Latin America.

La firma de moda española Philpark está buscando un socio para darle entrada en su capital por un importe de EUR 5m, con el fin de crecer fuera de España, especialmente en Panamá, según han informado fuentes de la compañía a Moda.es el día 15 de mayo de 2015. La búsqueda de un socio capitalista tiene como finalidad financiar la producción de la compañía, que cuenta con una decena de establecimientos entre franquicias y tiendas propias. La apertura de su primera tienda en Panamá tendrá lugar en otoño de 2015. Posteriormente, la compañía tratará de constituir una una red de establecimientos en el país de la mano de un socio local como paso previo a su desarrollo en Latinoamérica. |
