Petroperú, a Peru-based state-owned oil company, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Canada-based Pacific Exploration and Production (TSX:PRE; BVC:PREC) and its subsidiary Pacific Stratus Energy del Perú, announced Petroperú on 29 January, 2016. Under the MoU, the companies plan to exchange technical knowledge, information, experiences, and practices connected with the oil and gas business. The agreement is the first step to define the future cooperation in the development of block 192.

Petroperú, petrolera estatal peruana, ha firmado un memorando de entendimiento (MoU) con la petrolera canadiense Pacific Exploration and Production (TSX:PRE; BVC:PREC) y su filial Pacific Stratus Energy del Perú, ha anunciado Petroperú el 29 de enero de 2016. Con el MoU, las empresas planean intercambiar conocimientos técnicos, información, experiencias y prácticas relacionadas con el negocio del petróleo y el gas. El acuerdo es el primer paso para definir la futura cooperación en el desarrollo del lote 192. |
