Petroperú, a Peru-based oil exploitation company, announced the appointment of Carlos Adrián Linares Peñaloza as CEO in a filing published by regulator Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores on 30 June, 2016. Specifically, Linares replaces Germán Adolfo Velásquez Salazar, who resigned as chairman of the board and CEO. The company also appointed Gina Ponce de León as deputy chairman of the board, replacing Jorge Luís Ramos Felices.

Petroperú, empresa peruana dedicada a la explotación de petróleo, ha designado como nuevo gerente general encargado a Carlos Adrián Linares Peñaloza, según ha informado Petroperú en un hecho relevante remitido a la Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores de Perú el 30 de junio de 2016. En concreto, Linares Peñaloza estará en el cargo en reemplazo de Germán Adolfo Velásquez Salazar, quien ha presentado su renuncia a los cargos de presidente del directorio y de gerente general de la firma. Petroperú también ha designado a Gina Ponce de León como nueva vicepresidente del directorio, en reemplazo de Jorge Luís Ramos Felices. |
