Petroperú, a Peru-based oil exploitation company, announced the appointment of Augusto Baertl as president in a press release issued on 24 August 2016. Specifically, Augusto Baertl replaces Germán Adolfo Velásquez Salazar, who resigned as chairman of the board and CEO of the company on 30 June 2016 (see related Intel). The company also appointed Aurelio Loret de Mola Böhme, Rafael Venegas Vidaurre, Juan Assereto Duharte, and Roxana Barrantes Cáceres as board members.

Petroperú, empresa peruana dedicada a la explotación de petróleo, ha designado como nuevo presidente a Augusto Baertl, según ha informado Petroperú en un comunicado de prensa publicado el 24 de agosto de 2016. En concreto, Augusto Baertl estará en el cargo en reemplazo de Germán Adolfo Velásquez Salazar, quien ha presentado su renuncia a los cargos de presidente del directorio y de gerente general de la firma el 30 de junio de 2016 (ver Intel relacionado). Petroperú también ha designado a Aurelio Loret de Mola Böhme, Rafael Venegas Vidaurre, Juan Assereto Duharte y Roxana Barrantes Cáceres como miembros del directorio. |
