Petroperú anuncia nuevo gerente general

Petroperú, a state-owned Lima-based oil company, has replaced CEO Gustavo Navarro, with the president of the company's board, Germán Velásquez, according to a filing with Peruvian regulator Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores filed on 29 April. Navarro was CEO for nine days, beginning 20 April. The new appointment was made during the shareholders assembly held 29 April. Velásquez assumes his new post 30 April.

Petroperú, empresa petrolera estatal con base en Lima, ha reemplazado como gerente general a Gustavo Navarro por el actual presidente del directorio, Germán Velásquez, según un hecho relevante publicado por la Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores el 29 de abril. Navarro mantuvo el cargo de gerente durante nueve días, desde el 20 de abril. La decisión de reemplazarlo se tomó durante la junta de accionistas del 29 de abril. Velásquez asuma su nuevo cargo el 30 de abril (Ver Radar relacionado). |
