La Junta de Accionistas de Petronor, que se celebrará el 17 de junio de 2015, ha nombrado como nuevo presidente de la compañía a Emiliano López Atxurra, según ha comunicado la propia empresa en una nota de prensa el día 9 de junio de 2015. Petronor es una empresa petrolífera participada de forma mayoritaria por Repsol (BME: REP). De hecho, hasta la fecha el cargo de presidente era ocupado por Josu Jon Imaz, consejero delegado de Repsol. |
