Petrolera del Conosur (BCBA:PSUR), an Argentina-based oil company, refuted the existence of advanced talks or an imminent sale transaction of the company by PDVSA to Argentina-based GMM, announced Petrolera del Conosur in a filing published by regulator Comisión Nacional de Valores on 20 July 2016. On 18 July, Bloomberg reported the sale of 95% of Petrolera del Conosur could materialize this week (see related intel). The company made the announcement given the sudden increase in its market share price.

Petrolera del Conosur (BCBA:PSUR), petrolera argentina, ha desmentido la existencia de negociaciones avanzadas o una inminente transacción de venta de la empresa por parte de PDVSA a la argentina GMM, ha anunciado Petrolera del Conosur en un hecho relevante publicado por la Comisión Nacional de Valores el 20 de julio de 2016. El 18 de julio, Bloomberg había reportado que la venta del 95% de Petrolera del Conosur podría llegar a concretarse esta semana (ver intel relacionado).
