Petrobras seeks to sell a 49% stake to the subsidiary of Tokyo, Japan-based Mitsui & Co (TSE:8031). The oil company also announced the transaction is carried out through a competitive process.

Petrobras busca vender una participación del 49% a la filial de la japonesa Mitsui & Co (TSE:8031). La petrolera ha anunciado que la operación se realiza a través de un proceso competitivo.
