La empresa controladora de Açúcar Guarani, la azucarera francesa Tereos, estaría dispuesta a pagar alrededor de USD 200m por la participación de Petrobras, pero la petrolera busca una mejor oferta. Açúcar Guarani es una productora de azúcar y etanol brasileña.
