Spain-based food company Pescanova, currently facing bankruptcy, submitted a restructuring plan, which implies mergers of its viable subsidiaries without economic problems and subsequent segregation of Nueva Pescanova, as explained by the company through a relevant fact published by CNMV on 20 August 2015. In addition, the company plans to keep its 2,000 jobs, spread across its subsidiaries. The plan will be subject to approval at the next shareholders and creditors meeting.

La compañía alimentaria española Pescanova, en concurso de acreedores, ha presentado un plan de reestructuración que implica la fusión de sus filiales viables y sin problemas económicas y la posterior segregación de Nueva Pescanova, según ha explicado la compañía en un hecho relevante enviado a la CNMV el 20 de agosto de 2015. Además, la empresa prevé mantener los 2.000 puestos de trabajo con los que cuentas sus filiales. Este plan será sometido a aprobación en la próxima junta de accionistas y acreedores que celebrará la compañía. |
