Perú e India darán comienzo a negociaciones por TLC

The government of Peru and India finalized a joint feasibility study and will now go on to launch the negotiations to reach a Free Trade Agreement (FTA) between the two countries, reported El Comercio on 27 September 2016, citing Peruvian Minister of Foreign Trade and Tourism Eduardo Ferreyros. Specifically, Ferreyros noted Indian officials will travel to Peru to materialize the announcement of the launch of negotiations, as well as establish a work schedule and the date for the first meeting of the negotiation teams. He added he hopes negotiations will begin this year.

Los gobiernos de Perú e India han concluido un estudio de factibilidad conjunto y ahora darán paso a las negociaciones para establecer un Tratado de Libre Comercio (TLC) entre los países, ha publicado El Comercio el 27 de septiembre de 2016, citando al ministro peruano de comercio exterior y turismo, Eduardo Ferreyros. En concreto, Ferreyros ha señalado que funcionarios de India viajarán a Perú para formalizar el anuncio del lanzamiento de negociaciones y, además, fijarán un cronograma de trabajo y la fecha de la primera reunión de los equipos negociadores. Ha añadido que espera que las negociaciones comiencen este año. |
