Perú-Petro, the Lima-based hydrocarbon licensing authority, announced it is considering a hydrocarbon exploitation contract through direct negotiation for oil block 192, in a press release issued on 4 August, 2015. The decision follows the lack of proposals submitted in the tender reopened by state-owned oil company Petroperú in late July (see related intel). The contract could be short-term, for two years, or long-term, for a 30-year period.

Perú-Petro, autoridad de licenciamiento de hidrocarburos con sede en Lima, ha anunciado que está considerando un contrato para explotación de hidrocarburos a través de negociación directa para el lote 192, en un comunicado de prensa publicado el 4 de agosto de 2015. La decisión es resultado de la falta de ofertas presentadas en la licitación reabierta por la petrolera estatal Petroperú a fines de julio (ver intel relacionado). El contrato podría ser a corto plazo, con dos años de duración, o a largo plazo, por un periodo de 30 años. |
