Penta Vida, a Chile-based insurance company and subsidiary of Empresas Penta (BCS:PENTA), announced the resignation of three board members in a filing published by regulator Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros on 24 February 2017. Specifically, Rodrigo Sprohnle Leppe, Pablo Délano Méndez, and Marco Comparini Fontecilla submitted their resignations. The replacements will be appointed at the next board meeting or ordinary shareholders' assembly.

Penta Vida, empresa de seguros con sede en Chile y filial de Empresas Penta (BCS: PENTA), ha comunicado la renuncia de tres directores en un hecho relevante publicado por la Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros el 24 de febrero de 2017. En concreto, Rodrigo Sprohnle Leppe, Pablo Délano Méndez y Marco Comparini Fontecilla han presentado su renuncia. Los reemplazantes serán designados en la próxima reunión del directorio o en la junta ordinaria de accionistas. |
