Pemex and NuStar Energy start naphthas transport and storage operations

Mexico-based Pemex and US-based NuStar Energy have started their joint operations to store and transport naphthas, a gasoline component. Through a 10-year contract with PMI, a subsidiary of Pemex, all the naphthas produced in Pemex's plant in Reynosa-Burgos, will be transported through NuStar's pipeline Burgos-Valle to Edinburg terminal in Texas and from there to Transmontaigne in Brownsville.

La compañía mexicana Pemex y la estadounidense NuStar Energy han iniciado operaciones conjuntas para transportar y almacenar nafta, un componente de las gasolinas. Mediante un acuerdo de 10 años con PMI, filial de Pemex, la nafta producida en el complejo de Pemex de Reynosa- Burgos, se transportará por el conducto de NuStar Burgos-Valle a la terminal de Edinburg, Texas, y de ahí a la de Transmontaigne en Brownsville. |
