Mexican state-owned oil company Pemex and US-based ExxonMovil signed a memorandum of understanding, through which they will discuss and analyze new business opportunities in the oil sector in Mexico.

The purpose of this agreement is to jointly search for partners, allow entry of new capital and acquire and explore profitable oil projects.

La petrolera estatal mexicana Pemex y la estadounidense ExxonMovil han firmado un memorándum de entendimiento que les permitirá dialogar y analizar oportunidades de negocio en el sector petrolero en México.

El acuerdo tiene como objetivo la búsqueda de socios, la entrada de nuevos capitales y la adquisición y explotación conjunta de proyectos petrolíferos rentables.
