Paul Restaurant, a Chile-based restaurant chain, could launch the sale of its assets, reported Pulso on 11 January 2017, citing sources familiar with the matter. According to the report, the company, which filed for bankruptcy and did not accept a recent CLP 200m offer made by Inversiones Cormorán in its search for a partner, would close down trough a public auction of all its assets. The auction of the assets would be completed during January 2017.

Paul Restaurant, cadena chilena de restaurantes, podría vender sus activos, según ha informado Pulso el 11 de enero de 2017, citando fuentes cercanas al asunto. La compañía, que ha entrado en junta de acreedores y no ha aceptado una reciente oferta por CLP 200m de Inversiones Cormorán en su búsqueda de socio, pondría fin a la sociedad a través de una subasta pública en la cual se rematarían todos los bienes de la compañía. El proceso de remate de los activos concluiría durante enero de 2017. |
