Pacific Exploration & Production (TSX:PRE; BVC:PREC), a Canada-based oil company, announced it is analyzing possible proposals, jointly with its advisers, to strengthen its capital structure, as reported by the company through a press release submitted to Securities Commission SVC on 7 April 2016. The company made the announcement due to published news which mention the group could be close to reaching a sale agreement, by its presidents Serafino Iacono y Miguel de la Campa, with the support from Catalyst Capital Groupl (see related intel), which could submit an offer superior to that of Mexico-based Alfa (BMV:ALFA) (see related intel).

Pacific Exploration & Production (TSX:PRE; BVC:PREC), firma canadiense de explotación de petróleo, se encuentra evaluando junto con sus asesores posibles propuestas para fortalecer su estructura de capital, según ha informado la propia petrolera en un comunicado de prensa remitido a la Superintendencia de Valores de Colombia el 7 de abril de 2016. La firma se ha pronunciado debido a las noticias emitidas en las que se señala que la compañía está cerca de llegar a un acuerdo para ser adquirida por parte de sus presidentes, Serafino Iacono y Miguel de la Campa, con el apoyo de Catalyst Capital Group (ver Intel relacionado), que podrían haber realizado una oferta superior a la presentada por la mexicana Alfa (BMV:ALFA) (ver Intel relacionado). |
