Pacific Exploration and Production (TSX:PRE; BVC:PREC), a Toronto-based oil company, announced the retirement of board member and president José Arata in a press release issued on 26 August, 2015.

Arata will be replaced as president by CEO, Ronald Pantin.

Pacific E&P also announced the appointment of Mónica de Greiff as independent board member.

Arata será reemplazado como presidente por el CEO, Ronald Pantin.

Pacific E&P también ha designado a Mónica de Greiff como directora independente.
