Pacific Exploration & Production (TSX:PRE; BVC:PREC), a Canada-based oil company, announced the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) notified it is revising the eligibility of the company's common shares to remain listed on the TSX, in a press release issued on 18 April, 2016. In this regard, Pacific E&P noted it can't ensure the fulfillment of the requirements imposed by the TSX to remain listed in the 30-day period given by the exchange. Consequently, it added that, if on 18 May the company does not meet the requirements, its shares will be de-listed from the TSX in the 30 days following that date.

Pacific Exploration & Production (TSX:PRE; BVC:PREC), petrolera canadiense, ha anunciado que la bolsa de valores de Toronto (TSX) le ha notificado que está revisando la elegibilidad de las acciones ordinarias de la empresa para seguir cotizando en la TSX, en una nota de prensa publicada el 18 de abril de 2016. Al respecto, Pacific E&P ha señalado que no puede asegurar el cumplimiento de los requisitos impuestos por la TSX para seguir listada en el periodo de 30 días otorgado por la bolsa. Por lo tanto, ha agregado que, si para el 18 de mayo no cumple con los requisitos, sus acciones serán deslistadas de la TSX en los 30 días siguientes a esa fecha. |
