Brazil-based CSN (BVMF:CSNA3; NYSE:SID), engaged in steel and infrastructure industry, received 10 offers from possible buyers to acquire Sepetiba Tecon, a company that explores Itaguaí port in Rio de Janeiro, as published by Valor Econômico on 8 January 2016. According to the news, all offers are non-binding and for 100% of the capital. The possible buyers include Singapore-based PSA International, Chile-based SAAM, Bermuda-based Wilson Sons and Brazil-based LOGZ. Still according to the news, CSN should select the best three offers, so that buyers may submit binding offers, which should take place between the end of January and beginning of February.

La empresa brasileña CSN (BVMF:CSNA3; NYSE:SID), que opera en las áreas de siderurgia e infraestructuras, ha recibido 10 propuestas de empresas interesadas en comprar Sepetiba Tecon, la empresa que explota el puerto de Itaguaí, en Rio de Janeiro, según ha señalado el diario Valor Econômico el 8 de enero de 2016. Según la noticia, todas las ofertas fueron no vinculates y se realizaban por la totalidad de la empresa. En total, la empresa habría recibido 10 ofertas, y entre los ofertantes estarían la singapurense PSA International, la chilena SAAM, la empresa de Bermudas Wilson Sons y la brasileña LOGZ. Además, de acuerdo con la publicación, CSN deberá seleccionar las tres mejores propuestas para que los interesados presenten ofertas vinculantes, lo que debe ocurrir entre finales de enero y principios de febrero.

De acordo com a notícia, todas as ofertas foram não vinculates e para aquisição integral da empresa. Em total a empresa teria recebido 10 ofertas, e entre os ofertantes estão a cingapurense PSA International, a chilena SAAM, a empresa com sede nas Bermudas Wilson Sons, e a brasileira LOGZ. Ainda de acordo com a publicação, a CSN (BVMF:CSNA3; NYSE:SID) deverá selecionar as três melhores propostas para que os interessados apresentem as ofertas firmes, o que deve ocorrer entre o fim deste mês e o início de fevereiro. |
