PDVSA, a Venezuela-based company engaged in oil extraction and marketing, and Rosneft (MICEX: 0386; RTS: 600028), a Russia-based oil company, reached an agreement to carry out a Strategic Plan of Investments in oil and gas, as reported by newspaper Prensa Libre on 21 June 2015. The financial details were not disclosed. One of the items discussed at the meeting was the creation of a joint venture aiming to build and operate the natural gas production infrastructure, however the dates and new company's name were not disclosed.

PDVSA, empresa dedicada a la extracción y comercialización de petróleo con sede en Venezuela y Rosneft (MICEX: 0386; RTS: 600028), petrolera rusa, han acordado llevar a cabo de forma conjunta un Plan Estratégico de Inversiones en petróleo y gas, según ha informado el diario Prensa Libre el 21 de junio de 2015. No han sido revelados los datos económicos del acuerdo. Uno de los puntos tratados en la reunión ha sido la creación de una joint venture dedicada a la construcción y operación de la infraestructura de producción de gas natural, aunque no ha trascendido mas información relativa a fechas o identidad de la nueva compañía. |
