Synopsis

Openfinance's CEO, Alfonso Alcalá, plans to export its technology model to Latin American countries, such as Mexico, Chile and Colombia, as reported by newspaper El Economista on 25 June 2015.

In 2014, Openfinance registered a turnover of some EUR 3m, of which approximately 30% in Latin America. The company expects to increase it to 50%, by 2017.

Openfinance was acquired in 2011, by Infobolsa, a company held by Bolsas y Mercados Españoles (BME) and Deutsche Börse, each with 50% of the capital.

El director general de Openfinance, Alfonso Alcalá, apuesta por exportar su modelo tecnológico a países de Latinoamérica como México, Chile y Colombia, según ha publicado el diario El Economista el 25 de junio de 2015.

Openfinance facturó cerca de EUR 3m en 2014, de los cuales casi el 30% procedía de Latinoamérica. Para 2017 espera que supere el 50%.

El control de Openfinance fue adquirido en 2011 por Infobolsa, sociedad participada al 50% por Bolsas y Mercados Españoles (BME) y Deutsche Börse.
