Oi will elect a new board of directors at a general meeting. According to a statement sent by Telemar Participações, Oi's shareholder, the new board will include: José Mauro Mettrau Carneiro da Cunha, Sérgio Franklin Quintella, Fernando Marques dos Santos, Ricardo Malavazi Martins, Thomas Cornelius Azevedo Reichenheim, Rafael Luís Mora Funes, Francisco Cary, Vitor Gonçalves, Jorge Cardoso, Robin Bienenstock and Marten Pieters. José Mauro Mettrau Carneiro da Cunha will be appointed as chair of the new Board. The new board will be elected and will hold office until Oi's general meeting that will approve financial statements for the year ending on 31 December 2017.

Oi vai eleger um novo conselho de administração em assembleia geral. Segundo um comunicado enviado pela Telemar Participações, acionista da Oi para a companhia, serão indicados para o novo conselho: José Mauro Mettrau Carneiro da Cunha, Sérgio Franklin Quintella, Fernando Marques dos Santos, Ricardo Malavazi Martins, Thomas Cornelius Azevedo Reichenheim, Rafael Luís Mora Funes, Francisco Cary, Vitor Gonçalves, Jorge Cardoso, Robin Bienenstock e Marten Pieters. O Sr. José Mauro Mettrau Carneiro da Cunha será indicado para presidir o novo Conselho da Oi. O novo conselho a ser eleito terá mandato até a assembleia geral da Oi que aprovar as demonstrações financeiras do exercício social findo em 31 de dezembro de 2017. |
