A Odebrecht Óleo e Gás, dedicada a prestar serviços para a indústria de petróleo e gás, deve fechar nesta semana a contratação de um assessor financeiro para estudar como resolver a quebra de uma das cláusulas do contrato dos bônus com vencimento em 2022, segundo publicou a Exame em 6 de outubro de 2015, citando a assessoria de imprensa da empresa. De acordo com a notícia, os bônus têm como garantia navios-sonda afretados, entre os quais o ODN Tay IV, cujo contrato foi cancelado pela Petrobras no fim de setembro. A empresa tem 90 dias para reverter a situação e evitar um default nos bônus, que provocariam o resgate antecipado de outras dívidas. |
