Odebrecht Agroindustrial, headquartered in Sao Paulo, is a company active in production and marketing of ethanol, electricity and sugar, and has finished restructuring BRL 7bn in debt, according to Estadão on July 20, 2016.

The company restructured BRL 7 bn in debt with Banco do Brasil (BVMF: BBAS3), BNDES, Banco Bradesco (BVMF: BBDC3, BBDC4; NYSE: BBD, BBDO), Banco Itaú Unibanco (BVMF: ITUB3; ITUB) and Banco Santander (BME: SAN). With the renegotiation, Agroindustrial will have 13 years to repay the outstanding balance and the first installment matures only in five years, moreover, the deal was secured with 100% of the shares that Odebrecht has in Braskem (BVMF: BRKM3, BRKM5, BRKM6), the report stated.

A Odebrecht Agroindustrial, com sede em São Paulo e que atua na produção e comercialização de etanol, energia elétrica e açúcar, teria finalizado a reestruturação de BRL 7bi em dívidas, segundo publicou o Estadão em 20 de julho de 2016.

De acordo com a publicação, a empresa reestruturou BRL 7 bilhões em dívidas com Banco do Brasil (BVMF:BBAS3), BNDES, Banco Bradesco (BVMF:BBDC3, BBDC4; NYSE:BBD, BBDO), Banco Itaú Unibanco (BVMF:ITUB3;ITUB) e Banco Santander (BME: SAN). Com a renegociação, a Agroindustrial terá 13 anos para quitar o saldo devedor e a primeira parcela vence somente daqui a cinco anos, além disso, o negócio foi garantido com 100% das ações que a Odebrecht possui na Braskem (BVMF:BRKM3, BRKM5, BRKM6).
