President of Spanish REIT Obsido (MAB: YOSO), Joaquín Hinojosa, said the company will look for acquisition opportunities related to hotels with economic problems, as published by Preferente on 19 September 2015. Joaquín Hinojosa said that Obsido's objective is to acquire hotels "with a good location and potential" to refurbish and later manage them. He also added "right now we are studying new acquisitions, specifically four".

El presidente de la SOCIMI española Obsido (MAB: YOSO), Joaquín Hinojosa, ha señalado que la compañía buscará oportunidades de adquisición de establecimientos hoteleros con problemas económicos, según ha reportado Preferente el 19 de septiembre de 2015. En palabras del propio Joaquín Hinojosa, la intención de Obsido es adquirir hoteles “con buena ubicación y potencial” para reformarlos y luego gestionarlos. Además, ha señalado que “En estos momento estamos valorando nuevas compras, en concreto cuatro más”. |
