O'Hara Administration, a Panama-based company with Venezuelan capital and owner of a 19% stake in Pacific Rubiales, announced that will vote against the sale of Pacific Rubiales, held by Alfa and Harbour Energy, at the next shareholders meeting (see related transaction), as reported by Marketwire in an article published on 19 May 2015. O'Hara considers the offer submitted by the oil companies does not have the best terms and conditions for the sellers. O'Hara Administration, compañía panameña de capitales venezolanos y propietaria del 19% del capital social Pacific Rubiales, ha anunciado que en la próxima junta de accionistas de la compañía se opondrá a la venta de Pacific Rubiales a la petrolera Alfa y Harbour Energy (Ver transacción relacionada), según ha reportado Marketwire en un artículo del 19 de mayo de 2015. O'Hara considera que la oferta realizada por las petroleras no está en los mejores términos para los accionistas propietarios del capital social de la entidad.
