His resignation happens after the information on alleged irregularities related to OHL Mexico's contracts for the Bicentennial viaduct in Mexico city was published.

OHL México (BMX: OHLMEX), compañía constructora filial de la española OHL (BME: OHL), ha anunciado, a través de un hecho relevante publicado en la CNMV el 12 de mayo de 2015, la renuncia voluntaria de su director, Pablo Wallentin, por presuntas irregularidades en diferentes contratos asumidos por la filial mexicana, y con el objetivo de favorecer las investigaciones y no dañar la imagen de la entidad.

Dicha dimisión se produce después de que se hayan publicado informaciones que apuntaban a supuestas irregularidades en la contratación por parte de OHL México del viaducto del Bicentenario de la capital del país.
