According to the company, Valentín Diez Morodo, Jesús Reyes Heroles and Carlos Ruiz Sacristán have resigned as independent members. To replace them, the Board appointed Carlos Cárdenas Guzmán, José Guillermo Kareh Aarun and Antonio Hugo Franck Cabrera.

La compañía OHL México, filial de la española OHL, ha anunciado la reconfiguración de su consejo de administración a través de un hecho relevante enviado a la Bolsa Mexicana de Valores el 15 de octubre de 2015.

Según la compañía, Valentín Diez Morodo, Jesús Reyes Heroles y Carlos Ruiz Sacristán han dimitido como consejeros independientes. En su lugar el Consejo ha nombrado a Carlos Cárdenas Guzmán, José Guillermo Kareh Aarun y Antonio Hugo Franck Cabrera.
