OHL México (BMV:OHLMEX), a Mexico City-based construction company, is studying the possibility of launching a road infrastructure Fibra E, reported CNN Expansion on 12 October 2016, citing OHL México CEO Sergio Hidalgo. Specifically, Hidalgo noted the company launched a process with consultants to analyze whether OHL México's concessions can be a part of this or any other instrument that allows the capitalization of the company's assets. For now, the company identified a couple of stable concessions, such as Circuito Exterior Mexiquense and Supervía Poetas, as options to participate in the financial instrument, as they have a stable income, a requirement to develop a Fibra E.

OHL México (BMV:OHLMEX), empresa constructora con sede en la Ciudad de México, estudia la posibilidad de lanzar una Fibra E de infraestructura de carretera, según ha informado CNN Expansión el 12 de octubre de 2016, citando al director general de OHL México, Sergio Hidalgo. En concreto, Hidalgo ha asegurado que la compañía ha lanzado un proceso con consultores para analizar si las concesiones de OHL México pueden participar en este u otro instrumento que le permita capitalizar activos de la empresa. Por ahora, la empresa ha identificado un par de concesiones estables como el Circuito Exterior Mexiquense y la Supervía Poetas como una opción a participar en el instrumento financiero, pues tienen ingresos estables, un requisito para desarrollar una Fibra E. |
