OAS, a construction company headquartered in São Paulo, received approval for judicial recovery from the Court, as published by newspaper Valor Econômico on 14 January 2016, citing company sources. According to the news, the next step now is to issue a notice and book a for the auction to sell a stake in Invespar, a subsidiary engaged in infrastructure. A OAS, empresa que se dedica ao segmento de construção com sede em São Paulo, teve seu plano de recuperação judicial homologado pela Justiça, segundo publicou o Valor Econômico em 14 de janeiro de 2016, citando a própria empresa como fonte. De acordo com a notícia, o próximo passo agora é elaborar o edital e marcar a data do leilão para venda da fatia que a empreiteira detém na holding de infra-estrutura Invepar, e a canadense Brookfield Asset Management já teria feito uma oferta de BRL 1,35bi.
