Northwood Investors, a US-based investment fund, is said to have put Barcelona's Diagonal Mar shopping center up for sale for EUR 500m, reported Expansión on 9 May, 2016, citing unidentified sources. In 2014,the investment group acquired 60,400 square meters of the complex, which is 87,500 square meters in total, from Avestus Capital Partners (see related transaction). The remaining 27,100 square meters are owned by Spain-based Alcampo.

Northwood Investors, fondo de inversión estadounidense, podría haber puesto a la venta el centro comercial Diagonal Mar de Barcelona por EUR 500m, según ha publicado el diario Expansión el 9 de mayo de 2016, basándose en fuentes consultadas por el medio. El grupo inversor adquirió en 2014 un total de 60.400m2 del complejo, que cuenta con un total de 87.500m2, a Avestus Capital Partners (ver transacción relacionada), mientras que los 27.100m2 restantes son propiedad de Alcampo. |
