Newsan, an Argentina-based provider of technological solutions, decided to enter the business of the auto industry, announced the company in a filing published by regulator Comisión Nacional de Valores on 29 July 2016. To enter the auto sector, Newsan's board members accepted a proposal to modify the company's business purpose. The change is part of the expansion process launched by Newsan to make its foray into businesses external to its main operations, as well as to expand the variety of services it provides, which are connected to its main business.

Newsan, empresa argentina dedicada a ofrecer soluciones tecnológicas, ha decidido desembarcar en el negocio de la industria automotriz, según un hecho relevante remitido por la propia compañía a la Comisión Nacional de Valores de Argentina el 29 de julio de 2016. Para llevar a cabo esta entrada en el sector automotriz, los directores de Newsan aceptaron la propuesta de modificar el objeto social de la compañía. Este cambio se enmarca dentro del proceso de expansión que el grupo ha iniciado para incursionar en negocios ajenos a su actividad principal, así como en la ampliación de la variedad de servicios a prestar, que estén relacionados con su negocio principal. |
