Global M&A director, Hernan Cristerna, confirmed the possibility of new mergers and acquisitions mainly in the telecommunications sector, based on the trend of the last few years, according to an interview with newspaper Cinco Días on 12 July 2015. In addition, Cristerna said there are other sectors that should expect movement, such as traditional industry, chemical, car, fishing and oil and gas, among others.

El director de global M&A, Hernan Cristerna, ha afirmado la posibilidad de que se den nuevas operaciones de fusiones y adquisiciones principalmente en el sector de las telecomunicaciones, gracias a la tendencia observada en los últimos años, según ha explicado en una entrevista publicada en el diario Cinco Días el 12 de julio de 2015. Además del sector de las telecomunicaciones, ha afirmado que hay otros sectores en los que se esperan movimientos, como son la industria tradicional, químicos, automoción, industria pesada y el energético del petróleo y gas, entre otros. |
