New Wave cambia su Junta Directiva

Chile-based New Wave has changed its management team, according to a relevant fact published by the Securities Commission SVS on 6 July 2015. The new team will be constituted by: María Loreto Lobos Hernández and Mariana Ketterer Zuñiga, Ricardo Esteban Hernández Elsalug, Marco Antonio Muñoz Miranda and Alejandro Caroca Coello as directors. An Extraordinary Board Meeting was also convened to appoint Marco Antonio Muñoz Miranda as President and Ricardo Esteban Hernández Elsalug as General Manager.

La chilena New Wave ha cambiado su junta directiva y su directorio, según ha informado en un hecho relevante remitido a la Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros el 6 de julio de 2015. En la junta de accionistas ha quedado definida su actual junta directiva, designando como directoras a María Loreto Lobos Hernández y Mariana Ketterer Zuñiga. Y como directores a Ricardo Esteban Hernández Elsalug, Marco Antonio Muñoz Miranda y Alejandro Caroca Coello. También se ha celebrado una junta extraordinaria de directorio en la que se ha designado como presidente a Marco Antonio Muñoz Miranda y como gerente general a Ricardo Esteban Hernández Elsalug. |
