Nemak, an auto parts manufacturer based in Nuevo León, has sought authorization from the Mexican stock exchange, Bolsa Mexicana de Valores, to launch an IPO, reported Reuters Latin America on 4 May, 2015. Nemak's holding company, Alfa, had already said in February it hoped to list two subsidiaries in 2Q15 or 3Q15 to finance energy projects (see related intel). Alfa hopes to raise around USD 1bn from Nemak's IPO and from the IPO of Sigma Alimentos, a food manufacturer based in Nuevo León, the report stated. Alfa also has a controlling stake in Alpek, a petrochemicals company, telecom Alestra, and energy company Newpek.

Nemak, fabricante de autopartes con sede en Nuevo León, habría solicitado la autorización de la Bolsa Mexicana de Valores para una OPI, ha publicado Reuters América Latina el 4 de mayo de 2015. La empresa matriz de Nemak, Alfa, ya había dicho en febrero que esperaba lanzar OPI de Nemak y Sigma durante el segundo o tercer trimestre de 2015 para financiar proyectos de energía (ver radares relacionados). Alfa espera recaudar USD 1.000m de la OPI de Nemak y de la OPI de Sigma Alimentos, fabricante de alimentos con sede en Nuevo León.
