Segundo as informações foi a própria Natura quem explicou para analistas do Citi nos Estados Unidos a possibilidade de deixar esses segmentos, com o objetivo de melhorar sua produtividade. Além disso, a Natura também confirmou sua intenção de abrir lojas físicas no Brasil.
