O executivo Albano Coutinho vai ser o novo Presidente da NAV, a empresa responsável pelo controlo do tráfego aéreo em Portugal e nas ilhas, segundo publicou o Dinheiro Vivo no dia 27 de junho de 2016, citando publicação do Governo de Portugal. Segundo a notícia, desde 2010 que Albano Coutinho, tenente-coronel, é inspetor de navegação aérea na Autoridade Nacional de Aviação Civil (ANAC), assumindo a responsabilidade pelo licenciamento dos controladores aéreos.
