Mutant, software and call centers services company, owned by the US-based Genesys, intends to make acquisitions in Brazil, reported Valor Económico on 29 August 2016, citing Mutant's CEO, Alexandre Bichir. Mutant, that just received a capital contribution (see related transaction), intends to expand its presence in Brazil through the acquisition of smaller companies, and is already in talks with three potential targets. As per the CEO, there is a niche of companies in Brazil with revenues of up to BRL 100m that are not on the radar of funds but need investment to grow.

A Mutant, que acaba de receber um aporte de capital (ver transação relacionada), pretende ampliar sua presença no Brasil através da aquisição de empresas menores, e já estaria em conversações com três alvos potenciais. Segundo o Presidente, existe um nicho no Brasil de empresas com receita de até BRL 100m que não estão no radar dos fundos, mas que precisam de investimento para crescer. |
