Sole manager of gourmet market Mercado San Pablo, Pablo Montesinos, announced the sale of his shares in Inversiones SL Tourist Bezanilla, the company that manages the market. The shares correspond to 40% of the capital, which he does not want to sell to the other two partners for personal reasons. El administrador único del mercado gourmet Mercado San Pablo, Pablo Montesinos, ha anunciado que ha puestao a la venta sus participaciones en la sociedad Inversiones Turísticas Bezanilla., la sociedad que explota dicho mercado. Se trata de un 40% de participaciones, que no tiene intención de vender a dos de sus socios por cuestiones personales. Pablo Montesinos afirma, además, que la empresa Arquitectos Técnicos de Canarias (ATC) que posee un 20% también estaría interesada en desprenderse de ellas, por lo tanto sumarían un 60% en total. El mercado está actualmente cerrado, y tiene una deuda que asciende a EUR 0,094m entre alquileres y suministros. |
