Monnalisa, empresa italiana de moda infantil, ha anunciado su ingreso al Perú y estudia su expansión en la región de Mercosur, según ha informado El Comercio el 8 de abril de 2016, citando al CEO de Monnalisa, Christian Simoni.

En concreto, la firma se ha ubicado en San Isidro y espera que el mercado peruano permita un hub regional que logre acceder a los mercados de Chile y Colombia, de manera inicial.

La firma, con presencia en 67 países, también estudia la tercerización de parte de su producción, lo cual incrementaría notablemente las posibilidades de ingresar a países como Argentina y Brasil.
