A transação aprovada foi aprovada com restrições pelo Conselho Administrativo de Defesa Econômica (CADE). O órgão regulador determinou que as empresas alienem ativos de modo que a operação não resulte em aumento de participação de mercado da BRF na produção de alimentos processados. |
