Minera Lumina Copper Chile, a Santiago-based copper mining company, announced the appointment of Maciej Ściążko as executive chairman and CEO in a press release issued on 3 August 2016.

Starting 4 August, Ściążko will replace Ricardo López Vergara, who submitted his resignation.

Previously, Ściążko was CEO of Chile-based mining company Sierra Gorda since 2013.

Minera Lumina Copper Chile, minera de cobre con sede en Santiago, ha anunciado la designación de Maciej Ściążko como presidente ejecutivo y gerente general en una nota de prensa publicada el 3 de agosto de 2016.

A partir del 4 de agosto, Ściążko reemplazará a Ricardo López Vergara, que ha presentado su renuncia.

Previamente, Ściążko se ha desempeñado como gerente general de la minera chilena Sierra Gorda desde 2013.
